COALITION FOR EFFICIENCY

Who are they and their mission:

  • CfE helps leaders in the social and environmental sectors reflect on, measure and manage the impact of their organisation’s work through collaborating and partnering with other like-minded organisations and individuals.

How we are supporting:

  • Coaching and mentoring charities through the Measuring the Good Programme
  • Running coaching sessions for multiple charities as part of the Learning Labs sessions

Why we love working with this organisation:

  • The CfE team are doing tremendous work with so many third sector organisations with a huge impact. We feel honoured to work along side Antonia and her team

JCURV MENTORING PROGRAMME

How we are supporting:

  • During the COVID-19 crisis we initiated a free mentoring programme to help individuals navigate the uncertainty.

Impact delivered:

  • Mentored over 30 individuals since March 2020.
  • Supported CV development, defining career goals and coaching on dealing with uncertainty
  • Supported individuals on how to introduce agile ways of working into their organisation

Why we love this initiative:

  • It’s been amazing to use our skills to help others at this time of uncertainty. It has been hugely uplifting for all the team at JCURV too, helping our own mental wellbeing too.

MENCAP

Who are they and their mission:

  • Mencap's vision is a world where people with a learning disability are valued equally, listened to and included.

How we are supporting:

  • Supported the data function kick-off a programme to maximise the use of data to support their frontline managers
  • Helped define and mobilise the strategy to influence the government’s social care policy with the intention of securing an additional £6.5 billion in funding

Impact delivered:

  • Reduced the amount of manual effort require to produce management information
  • Built sustainable capability for the team to continuously improve the value of data
  • Helped define the data strategy that was signed off by the executive with the required investment
  • Solidified the vision, identified the key levers to focus on and create a prioritised backlog of work for the social care team

Why we love working with this organisation:

  • The project highlights the importance and potential for charities to better leverage data to improve their services and agile ways of working so they can be more responsive to the increasingly changing environment.

ON-PURPOSE

Who are they and their mission:

  • On-Purpose works with inspiring professionals and help them get stuck in to become leaders who harness the power of business for good.

How we are supporting:

  • We have provided regular mentoring sessions to programme participants and agile training for several cohorts

Why we love working with this organisation:

  • We love that On Purpose enables inspiring professionals to become leaders in organisations that are putting purpose before profit. It's a community that helps individuals find their work in the world: work that matters and work that they care about and by doing this we will have a chance of solving society's most difficult problems.

SHE LEADS CHANGE

Who are they:

  • Through its leadership programmes and community, She Leads Change creates opportunities for everyone to succeed through changing perspectives, growing leadership capability, catalysing culture change and modelling belonging for all through supporting individual, organisational and systemic change.

How we are supporting:

  • Provided coaching sessions for leadership programme participants
  • Supported the SLC growth and development strategy
  • Helped facilitation of SLC programme taster events

  • We love that She Leads Change provides a transformative approach to leadership for women driving change and innovation through unique leadership programmes and a diverse, connected community.

THE GARDEN CLASSROOM

Who are they and their mission:

  • TGC provides urban children and adults with transformative outdoor experiences devised to encourage active lifestyles, promote self-discovery, inspire growth and stimulate respect for nature

How we are supporting:

  • One of our team is a Trustee of TGC
  • Strategy development
  • Strategy mobilisation

Why we love working with this organisation:

  • The TGC team is so inspiring, energizing and impactful. We love TGC’s mission and the energy the team applies in creating personal shift through nature.

WOMEN IN DATA &
GIRLS IN DATA

Who are they and their mission:

  • Women in Data UK is a movement and a force for change in the realm of data science and analytics

How we are supporting:

  • A JCURV colleague is Chair of Women in Data and Girls in Data
  • Sponsored the annual WiD conference
  • Delivered agile simulations to the Women In Data network
  • Coaching leaders in the WiD network

Impact delivered:

  • Grown the network from 100 to over 25,000 in females 6 years
  • Increased the number of females in senior data roles to 16% in 2019 from 3% in 2015

  • WiD makes a significant positive difference to so many people inspiring them to do even more incredible things in their careers making us proud to be a part.

YES FUTURES

Who are they and their mission:

  • Yes Futures specialises in extra-curricular personal development programmes, improving young people's confidence, resilience and access to successful futures.

How we are supporting:

  • Mentor through the ‘Measuring the Good programme’

Impact delivered:

  • Supported Yes Futures define how it measures the impact of its work and aligning the organisation around a set of targets and goals to deliver its vision.
