Building an agile culture Schroders Personal Wealth

Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW) is a joint venture between Lloyds Banking Group and Schroders. SPW’s Mission is to change lives and help more people achieve their financial goals by showing them how their money has the power to make a positive difference. SPW believe more people deserve the chance to receive financial advice.

In the summer of 2022, SPW embarked on their agility journey, initially introducing agile ways of working to 100 colleagues in technology and subsequently broadening the initiative to the wider organisation. During this presentation, director of Technology, Craig Woodhouse and JCURV’s Ben Hutchison describe the journey the organisation went on. The first step was to define and create the agile culture that enabled SPW to deliver more value, through improved delivery and a stronger focus on prioritisation of business outcomes.
